PING-PONG-PING @ RUMMET @ Kaffebaren på Amager

A visual image batte between 3 photographers -

Jørn Zoëga, Maria Bergmann Drougge and Ditte Bolt.

Every photographers image becomes a baton, which is handed on to the next photographer

as an inspiration, a provocation, an invitation or a question.
This creates pictorial answers to pictorial challenges - a conversation without words.
The project has been developed over 3 months. The photographs will be shown in chronological order.

The exhibition is a part of Copenhagen Photo Festival and can be seen here:

SLEEPING JOY @ Mads Nørgaard Copenhagen

The fascination of spaces that sleep in the daytime is the focal point of the exhibition.

I take pictures of scenes that have certain purposes. What are these scenarios about, when we are not there? In this project I focus on amusement parks, that reveals themselves after sundown - full of unfulfilled expectations. The work reflects on the aesthetics of the place and the apparent absence of meaning.

The exhibition can be seen during Copenhagen Photofestival fra 4.-14. juni 2015

in the men's shop @ Mads Nørgaard Copenhagen, Amagertorv 15, 1160 Copenhagen

I invited 7 great photographers to play with me. Each photographer's newly created image has been a baton passed on to the next photographer as an inspiration, a provocation, an invitation or a question. This has created pictorial responses to pictorial challenges - visual conversations - conversations without words. In the process, the photographer can not prepare anything because the creative work can only begin once the baton has been received - a picture - an inspiration source. The photographer then has 48 hours to create a new image, which must be forwarded to the next photographer. They are forced to work intuitively and make decisive decisions quickly and the photographer’s everyday life and circumstances become inevitable and most likely part of the picture. The project has been developed over a period of 4 months. The 36 photographs are displayed in chronological order, which invites you to study and follow “the conversations” between the photographers.
